Cupping & Tui Na

Cupping is a form of decompression therapy which creates a suction on the skin to soften tight muscles, loosen knots and lift connective tissue, bringing increased hydration and blood flow to an area. Tui Na is a therapeutic form of massage by applying pressure to meridians, acupoints, and groups of muscles.

These therapies are excellent at relieving muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and back.

Auriculotherapy: Ear Seeds

Ear seeding involves placing small stainless steel or gold seeds on specific places on the ear to stimulate acupressure points that correspond to various organs and systems in the body. When the ear seeds are self-massaged, they may help address physical and emotional symptoms like pain, stress, anxiety insomnia, cravings and much more. The seeds are typically left in place for 3-5 days before being removed.

Pain Support to Go: Press Tacks

Teeny-tiny needles on tape provide continuous stimulation when applied on areas of pain and inflammation. “Stickies” are pain-free and excellent for knocking down pain levels in areas such as elbows, knees, shoulders and back. They can be worn for up to five days.
